6. BONUS

10. AMENDEMENTS TO THE CONTRACT OR TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

10.1. Games770 reserves the right to amend, modify, and update the Terms and Conditions, Game Rules, and Confidentiality Policy of this Contract at any time. The version posted on Games770's site(s) is the effective version, and that which users should use as reference. Notice of modification with an effective date will be posted on the Internet Site. 12. BREACH OF CONTRACT

12.2. If you fail to adhere to any of the conditions of this Contract or if we reasonably suspect that you are failing to comply with any of the conditions of this Contract, Games770 reserves the right, and all remedies at its disposal, and at its sole discretion, to block all your user accounts and of withdrawing the necessary amount from your account in order to compensate the damage suffered by Games770, or in exchange of any amount due to Games770, and until ruled upon it by a Court of Law.

12.3. If you fail to abide by the conditions of this Contract, Games770 reserves the right to block your user account, as well as indefinitely banning your access to the Internet Site, Service and Software belonging to Games770, and will have the right to bring suit against you.

13. CONFLICT

13.1. In case of conflict between the result posted on the Software and the result exposed in our Server, the result posted in our Server shall take precedence. The cancellation of this Contract becomes effective only after you have received a notification in writing from MANDARIN GAMING NV confirming the cancellation. From the moment when this contract becomes invalid, you will no longer be authorized to use the Service and the Software, and you are under the obligation to erase the Software from your computer and to destroy all documentation, related to the Service or to the Software, under your possession, in your power or under your control.

MANDARIN GAMING NV recommends to the cardholder to print out all transaction data, the rules of the game, the cancellation regulations, and the payment methods from the web site in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time.

14.3. If the player account stays inactive for 30 days or more, Games770 will automatically cancel the player account and any amount owed to the player will be returned to his/her bank account according to the details given by the player.

14.4. MANDARIN GAMING NV reserves the right to cancel this Contract and to close your user account, at any time, without any reason, and at its sole discretion, or if certain activity on your part were brought to the attention of MANDARIN GAMING NV and or its members, including but not limited to fraud, failure to abide by one or more clauses in this Contract, abuse of bonuses and other promotions and/or the improper use of the Software.

14.5. Immediately following the cancellation of this Contract, by either party, MANDARIN GAMING NV is bound to reimburse the integral amount indicated in your user account, only after the deduction of any amount owed to MANDARIN GAMING NV, if any.

14.6. The cancellation of this Contract shall not be cause of prejudice to any other right or engagement of either party in regards to any violation stated herein or any other violation.

14.7. All existing obligations between the parties to this Contract will be null and void after the cancellation of this Contract, and for whatever reason, except if provided otherwise, under the reserved rights and obligations accepted prior to the cancellation.

15. CUSTOMER SERVICE

15.1. In order to optimize the quality of our services, your calls to our Customer Service can be recorded.Our customer service will do all it can to respond to your demands.

16. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION

16.1. This Contract, its interpretation and its execution, as well as all other legal relations between the parties to this Contract, should be regulated and interpreted according to the laws of the United Kingdom.

16.2. In case of complaint or conflict, the English version of this contract shall prevail against any other version that we may have emitted.

16.3. Any complaint or dispute, direct or indirect, arising from this Contract shall be pursued in a Court of Law competent in England, which should have the complete and absolute jurisdiction. In spite of the latter, Games770 reserves, at its discretion, the right to bring legal suit against any user in front of any competent court of law whether or not it be in the user's jurisdiction.
